Amedica Group is the first-to-market and longest-running distributor of injectable polynucleotides, having proudly announced the launch of Ameela polynucleotide in June 2023 (previously known as Nucleadyn).

 

Ameela polynucleotides are extracted from salmon DNA and purified at high temperatures, which is a ground-breaking approach to regenerative medicine. This unique treatment ensures the recovery of a >95% pure active substance, free from proteins and hormones, guaranteeing product safety and the absence of immunological side effects. This innovative solution effectively restores skin firmness and elasticity, protecting the skin against free radicals and cellular damage.

 

When Ameela is injected, it connects with multiple cell receptors, initiating a cascade of reactions (most importantly attracting stem cells to the injected area, which has a strong repairing effect on the tissue, enhancing the formation of new capillaries (angionesis)). In addition, Ameela changes the structure of the fibrilles in our tissue which results in instant tightening and contouring of the tissue, as well as the maturation of fibroblasts in myofibroblasts. The production of collagen gives a strong, specific lifting and revitalizing effect that is suitable for all skin types.
